Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All classes are to be paid in advance. Regular or weekly attendance should be paid online or by Bank Standing Order.

Cancellations
Must be made with 24hrs notice. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are unable to be reimbursed. However, to make things easier, I’ll be sending a class reminder 48hrs before your session.

WAIVER, RELEASE & ATTENDANCE

Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. Therefore, you are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participate in any exercise activity. When participating in any of Esin Parker Pilates classes or services you acknowledge that if you feel pain, discomfort, or have any other type of concern physical or otherwise, you are expected, and able to discontinue the class immediately.

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the exercise activity undertaken either via online classes or anywhere at the premises of Esin Parker Pilates at 51 Canford Road, SW11 6PB, London (the premises) may expose you to inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness or death. By participating in such physical exercise, you do so entirely at your own risk and assume all risk of any accidents, injury, illness or death. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and the use for such purpose of these facilities and premises and as such you assume all risk of injury, illness, or death. You are also responsible for any loss or your personal property. Esin Parker or Esin Parker Pilates shall not be responsible or liable for any accidents, injury, illness, or death in at any point, during or after using these services.

You (on your own behalf) acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge Esin Parker, Esin Parker Pilates and associated instructors from any liabilities, demands, claims, or causes of action of whatsoever nature and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring legal action against any such entities for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. lf a portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of the release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand its content, that you voluntarily agree to its terms and that this release cannot be modified orally.
