By booking a session or purchasing a package with Esin Parker Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
BOOKINGS
All sessions must be booked in advance via the booking system or agreed directly.
Sessions are subject to availability and are confirmed upon booking.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in advance of the session or package.
Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and deducted from the client’s package.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
Cancellation by Esin Parker Pilates: In the event that a session must be cancelled by Esin Parker Pilates due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. No charge will be made for sessions cancelled by Esin Parker Pilates, and any session already deducted from a package will be returned.
REFUNDS
All sessions and packages are non-refundable.
Once a session or package has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for any unused sessions, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, relocation, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
PACKAGE VALIDITY
All session packages are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.
HEALTH & RESPONSIBILITY
Physical exercise can be strenuous and involves a risk of injury. Clients are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise programme where appropriate.
Clients are responsible for informing Esin Parker Pilates of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health prior to and during their training.
By participating in sessions, clients confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to take part in exercise and that they will stop immediately if they experience pain, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.
Clients acknowledge that participation in exercise sessions, whether in person or online, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or illness.
Participation in all sessions is undertaken at the client’s own risk.
Esin Parker Pilates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, except where such liability arises from negligence.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for managing their bookings and attending sessions within the validity period.
Regular attendance is recommended to achieve the best results.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA
Esin Parker Pilates may occasionally photograph or record sessions for use on social media, the website, or other promotional materials. Clients will always be asked for their explicit consent before any such content is captured or used.
Clients may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting Esin Parker Pilates directly. Any previously published content featuring a client who has withdrawn consent will be removed upon request.
DATA & PRIVACY
Esin Parker Pilates collects and stores personal information (such as your name, contact details, and health information) for the purpose of managing bookings and providing a safe and appropriate service.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
In accordance with UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, please contact esinparker@gmail.com.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Esin Parker Pilates reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
