The following monthly memberships are available:

One-to-One Reformer Pilates

Duet Reformer Pilates (per person)

Focused Reformer (30 mins)

Membership fees are paid by standing order on the same date each month.
Payment is made in advance for the month ahead.
On the confirmation of membership, Esin Parker Pilates will provide bank details for you to set up a standing order with your bank.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure the standing order is set up correctly and payments are made on time.
If a payment is missed, your membership will be paused until payment is received. Esin Parker Pilates reserves the right to cancel the membership if payment is not received within 7 days.

Members may cancel their membership at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
Notice must be sent by email to esinparker@gmail.com.
Members are responsible for cancelling their standing order with their bank once the membership has ended.
Cancellations received with less than 30 days’ notice will incur one final payment.
Sessions already booked within the notice period will be honoured.

Members may pause their membership for up to two consecutive weeks once per quarter.
Pause requests must be submitted by email to esinparker@gmail.com at least 7 days in advance.
Paused weeks are deducted from that month’s payment on a pro-rata basis. Esin Parker Pilates will notify the member of any adjusted amount due.
Pauses cannot be carried over or accumulated across quarters.
Pausing does not extend the membership period.

Sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system.
Unused sessions within a membership month do not carry over to the following month.
Sessions are subject to availability.

Members must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
In the event of illness, cancellations will be considered at the discretion of Esin Parker Pilates.

Esin Parker Pilates reserves the right to amend membership prices with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
Members may cancel their membership without penalty if they do not wish to accept a price change, provided notice is given within 14 days of being informed of the change.
Members will be responsible for updating their standing order to reflect any agreed price change.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Esin Parker Pilates reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time in exceptional circumstances, with a pro-rata refund of any unused sessions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
